Breathing helps regulate the nervous system which controls our body's involuntary functions.

Breathwork can help release physical tension and emotional blockages stored in the body. Through specific breathing patterns, people can experience a sense of catharsis, allowing them to let go of suppressed emotions, traumatic memories, and stress.
